The Deposit permission in Buzzsaw was designed primarily for bid solicitation scenarios; it allows a user or group of users to put items into a folder, but not to see what's in there. I describe it like a "mail slot in the wall" and people seem to get the concept.
There was, in the past, a fly in the ointment though. Depositers could create folders inside Deposit folders. They had the nasty habit of naming the folders after themselves, like "ABC Drywall's Bid". And here's the kicker, everybody else could see that folder name (but not its contents.)
The problem with that is that the person setting things up doesn't want XYZ Drywall to know he's bidding against ABC Drywall, so that folder name is a problem.
Well, we fixed that. Now you can create folders until the cows come home, and the other Depositers won't see them. As they say in the UK, "Brilliant!"
